Meditation is my primary form of self-care, through meditation I am able to develop strength, stability, and clarity of my mind. While that may sound a bit illusive, I've found those qualities translatable in many aspects of my life from family to work and even athletics.

There are so many ways to go through life, imagine how your moment-to-moment experience would shift with even 10% less stress and/or pain. What would you do with that 10%? Would you do to shed the optional stress and pain in your body?
