I'm so fortunate to have found my passion early in life. I've been offering massage and bodywork since college, when I made my first treatment room out of an unused room in the campus medical office. Over that 20 year period, this same passion has guided me to learn the details of how the human body optimally functions and the many massage and bodywork techniques to enhance our posture and range of motion.

There are so many ways to go through life, imagine how your moment-to-moment experience would shift with even 10% less stress and/or pain. What would you do with that 10%? Would you do to shed the optional stress and pain in your body?
